Cambridge Soccer Park Dream One Step Closer to Reality

Cambridge Youth Soccer’s dream of a soccer-specific park within Cambridge has moved one giant step closer to reality as the City of Cambridge has acquired a 53 acre parcel of private land located at the corner of Fountain St S and Linden Drive. 

Initial planning on the acquisition and development of these lands between representatives from the City of Cambridge, CYS and the property owner started as far back as 2012.

The club is extremely excited to partner with the City of Cambridge on this venture that will see a mixture of artificial and nature grass fields located on the property with an anticipated opening in time for the 2022 season.

CYS wishes to thank the City of Cambridge Mayor and Council as well as City of Cambridge Staff for their persistence on bringing a multi-field soccer-specific park to our city.  We also wish to thank our past and present Board Members for their continued support of this project over the last 8 years.

The new soccer park will benefit all levels of club programming including Recreational, Competitive and High Performance.
