Soccer has always been a pillar of Galt, Preston & Hespeler; a deeply rooted love that continued on as these three communities merged into the Cambridge we know today. From the Galt Football Club winning gold for Canada in the 1904 Olympics and being dubbed the best team in North America after years of dominance, through today, as our players navigate these unprecedented times with determination; our local teams have always been a figure of unity and perseverance. As we reach the 50th anniversary of the club in 2023 Season, we wanted to make sure we move forward with that same spirit, and create a legacy that will live on for another 50 years.

As we evolve internally in our efforts to create a truly innovative club where everyone belongs, we felt now was the time to also make some large changes externally. In other words, a full club rebrand. We are analyzing every aspect of the current CYS culture and identity, and altering it to align with today's world. With this said, we are nothing without our community, and to ensure we are representative of Cambridge we want to ask you for your help.

We have created a 10-15 minute survey (link below) asking for your input on our visual elements. Whether you are a player, family member, staff, or simply a caring member of the community, we want your input. These changes, coming for the 2023 Season, will be what represent our talented young athletes on a regional, provincial, national, and international scale, and we want to make sure they are proud of every aspect of it.
